If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded using the original payment method.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Your applicable cancellation and return rights remain governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Customers in the European Union may also have statutory withdrawal and consumer rights under applicable law, including the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace statutory consumer rights.

Merovika is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with Merovika.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Merovika and is not responsible for fulfilling your order or providing customer support relating to products purchased from Merovika, except to the extent Shopify independently provides a particular service to you.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
